Orders placed on a business day before 3:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. After that time, on working days, they are sent the next working day. Shipments are not made on holidays and the eve of local and national holidays in Spain. For emergencies, contact us.
We use the services of several companies to ensure an agile service in our deliveries. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives and the packaging appears damaged, please indicate this when you sign for the package. This will help keep the responsibility on the transport company.
All products supplied by GENERIS ELECTRONICS offer a warranty period included in the price: 12 months for reconditioned products and exchange; 6 months in repairs; and up to 24 months on new products, depending on the guarantees offered by the manufacturer. If your equipment is damaged during the stated warranty period due to faulty materials or workmanship, please contact us to apply the warranty. We will send you a repair form that you must send us with the warranty part for repair. Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. All warranty items will be repaired free of charge and shipped back to you again. Warranty covers the defects of normal operation of the equipment related to the repair carried out; damages due to blows, spillage of liquids, wear, improper handling, damage due to misuse, or other subsequent failures of the equipment and unrelated to the work initially entrusted are excluded. If the item cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement or offer equivalent equipment. If this is not possible, we will refund your money. Your equipment will lose the guarantee if the established time has elapsed or if the security seals are tampered with or broken. Please do not try to open the equipment to repair it yourself or send it to another place for repair before sending it back to us, all of these actions will invalidate the warranty. If you have purchased a new item and change your mind, you have 14 days to return it in the same condition you received it, ie new and sealed items must be returned sealed. Unless there is a problem with your order, such as shipping damage or equipment failure, a restocking penalty may apply. Please note that it could take up to 7 days from the time of return to receive your refund. Contact us by phone or email to notify the return request and we will inform you how to proceed with it.
We offer several forms of payment to make your purchase as easy as possible. Prices do not include taxes. If you have identified yourself as a buyer with intra-community VAT, in the purchase process you have the option to buy without VAT.
We currently accept payments in British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) and US Dollars (USD). Please select the currency at the top of the page. Currencies are based on today's exchange rate and are therefore subject to change before payment has been received.
- Wire transfer. Provide instructions to your bank to transfer the full amount shown in the cart. Please contact us to check our bank details. Please note that we will not be able to ship the products until the money is available in our bank accounts.
- Paypal. You can pay for your purchase in just a few clicks with PayPal, the leader in secure online payments. It will not require a PayPal account if you already have one; It is a fast, secure way and you do not need to enter bank card data.
